Presswood Pallets - Top View Ready for Export - Inca Gold Pallets are acceptable for import into Germany, Australia, New Zealand, China and Brazil; as well as many other countries. Therefore they DO NOT require the costly delay and expensive fumigation procedure other wood products do. Wood packing materials from North America must be kiln dried or chemically impregnated using a preservative and it must also be free of bark, insect holes, living insects and nematodes. Most countries in the world are expected to impose emergency phytosanitary regulations on solid coniferous wood packing materials from North America.
If you are exporting, the following questions should be reviewed immediately. Are you following the Solid Wood Packaging Export Regulations that starting the end of January 2001? If your export pallets, boxes, crates or containers do not follow the new International Standard for Solid Wood Packing Material, upon arrival your shipment could be destroyed, or cross-docked. If this happens your shippment will be delayed and subject to additional inspection fees from inspection authorities.
